What the apps support

Field work, command center work, and client-ready records.

Each app connects to the same PatrolForge account, company settings, plan features, and access permissions, so users only see the tools their company has enabled for their role.

Patrol proof Submit patrol hits, capture notes, attach photos, scan QR checkpoints, and document activity from the field.
CAD and dispatch View assigned calls, update call progress, send dispatch messages, and keep command staff informed.
GPS and accountability Use location-enabled workflows for patrol verification, officer awareness, GPS maps, and supervisory review.
Reports and issues Create incident reports, daily activity records, report issues, and maintain documentation that can be reviewed later.
Parking enforcement Search vehicles, issue parking enforcement notices, verify permits, and support property-specific parking workflows when enabled.
Vehicles and equipment Use checkout workflows, vehicle checklists, mileage, fuel, damage notes, and custom checklist questions.

Work from anywhere

One PatrolForge account across desktop and mobile.

Use the Windows desktop app for office and dispatch workflows, then keep officers connected in the field through Android and Apple mobile apps. Access remains controlled by your company, plan, rank, and role permissions.

Before you install

A few things your team should know.

Permissions are feature-based. Camera, location, and NFC prompts may appear only when a workflow needs them, such as QR scans, GPS verification, photos, or supported checkpoint features.
Your company controls access. If a user does not see a module, a company admin may need to enable the feature, adjust rank access, or assign the correct role.
Records sync to PatrolForge. Submitted reports, patrol activity, dispatch updates, parking records, and checkout records are saved back to the company account for review.
