This page explains Patrol Forge's data deletion process and provides a public form to request deletion of an account or associated app data.

Patrol Forge Data Deletion Policy Version: 2026-08-16 Last Updated: August 16, 2026 1. Purpose and Scope This Data Deletion Policy explains how Patrol Forge LLC handles requests to delete personal information, app account data, and associated user data. It applies to the Patrol Forge website, web application, Android app, iPhone and iPad app, Windows desktop app, officer dashboards, company admin panels, client portals, CAD, GPS, parking enforcement, parking permits, violation notices, payments, reports, vehicle checkout, training and certification records, support requests, cookies, analytics, legal acceptance records, and related services. Patrol Forge is primarily a business-to-business software platform. Many accounts are created, owned, or managed by a customer company, employer, contractor, security agency, association, property owner, client organization, or other workspace administrator. In those situations, Patrol Forge may act as a service provider, processor, contractor, or vendor for the customer company, and some deletion requests may require the customer company's direction, verification, or approval. 2. How to Submit a Deletion Request You may submit a deletion request by using the public data deletion form at https://www.patrolforge.com/data-deletion, emailing privacy@patrolforge.com, calling 505-219-1987, or contacting the company administrator, employer, customer company, or organization that created or manages your Patrol Forge account. If you use the Android app, this page serves as the public web resource where you may request account and associated app data deletion without reinstalling or opening the app. If you use the iPhone app, Windows desktop app, or web app, you may also use this page to begin the deletion process. 3. Information That May Be Included A deletion request may involve account profile data, login and authentication records, mobile app activity, desktop app activity, web app activity, GPS and location records, patrol activity, CAD and dispatch records, incident reports, daily activity reports, vehicle checkout records, equipment records, training and certification records, license uploads, photos, documents, signatures, parking enforcement records, parking permits, violation notices, payments, disputes, tow records, support tickets, quote requests, billing records, legal acceptance records, cookie records, analytics identifiers, and related metadata. 4. Verification Patrol Forge must make reasonable efforts to verify that the person submitting a deletion request is the account holder, an authorized representative, or a person legally permitted to act for the account holder. Verification may include confirming access to an email address or phone number, matching account details, requesting additional identifying information, reviewing company ownership or employment records, or coordinating with the customer company that controls the workspace. We will not require you to create a new Patrol Forge account solely to submit a deletion request. If you already have an account, we may ask you to confirm information associated with that account when needed to protect against unauthorized deletion. 5. Company-Controlled and Employer-Controlled Data Patrol Forge customers may use the platform to manage employees, contractors, officers, client sites, properties, incident records, dispatch activity, patrol reports, parking enforcement, permits, vehicles, equipment, invoices, and business records. When your account or records are controlled by a customer company, the customer company may be responsible for deciding whether deletion is permitted and how long business records must be maintained. If Patrol Forge receives a deletion request for company-controlled data, we may forward, coordinate, or verify the request with the applicable customer company. We may also instruct you to contact the company administrator directly when applicable law, contract terms, employment obligations, or customer instructions require the company to respond as the controller of the data. 6. How Approved Requests Are Processed After a request is verified and approved, Patrol Forge may delete or deactivate the account, remove eligible personal identifiers, delete eligible uploaded files, delete eligible app data, anonymize or aggregate records, restrict access, instruct service providers to delete eligible data, and document the request, verification steps, decision, completion status, and retained-records reason. Deletion from active systems may occur before deletion from backups. Backup copies are protected and generally overwritten or removed through normal backup retention cycles unless earlier deletion is technically feasible and legally required. 7. Information Patrol Forge May Retain Some information may be retained when retention is permitted or required for legal compliance, subpoenas, court orders, regulatory obligations, law enforcement requests, billing, tax, accounting, invoices, payments, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, platform security, abuse prevention, audit logging, access control, incident response, enforcing agreements, completing transactions, documenting services already performed, resolving disputes, insurance matters, collection activity, parking violation disputes, client disputes, employment disputes, defending legal rights, records controlled by a customer company, or data that has been de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated. Retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the permitted purpose. 8. State Privacy Rights Depending on where you live and how Patrol Forge is used, you may have rights under state privacy laws. These rights may include the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about categories of personal information collected, information about sources and purposes, information about disclosures to third parties, opt-out rights where applicable, appeal rights where applicable, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, opt out of sale or sharing where applicable, and receive equal service and price when exercising privacy rights. Patrol Forge does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Colorado residents may have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, as well as rights to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable. Colorado law also provides an appeal process for certain denied requests. Patrol Forge does not sell personal data and does not use GPS data for targeted advertising. Residents of Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and other states with privacy laws may have similar rights when those laws apply. Some laws exclude or limit employee, contractor, business contact, commercial, nonprofit, public safety, or business-to-business data. Where an exclusion applies, Patrol Forge may still review reasonable requests but may process them through the customer company or under contractual procedures rather than under a consumer privacy statute. 9. Timing and Appeals Patrol Forge will review deletion requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Where a state privacy law applies, we will respond within the timeframe required by that law. Many state privacy laws use a response period of approximately 45 days and permit an extension when reasonably necessary because of complexity or volume. If your deletion request is denied in whole or in part and applicable law gives you appeal rights, you may appeal by replying to the decision email, emailing privacy@patrolforge.com, or calling 505-219-1987. Please include your request ID, the email address used for the request, and the reason you believe the decision should be reviewed again. 10. Contact Questions about this Data Deletion Policy or the deletion request process may be sent to privacy@patrolforge.com. You may also call Patrol Forge at 505-219-1987.
